GEO S12 – FROM BIKER FESTIVAL TO CONCERT HALL

Oct 2014 | News | Live Events | GEO S12 | Estonia

GENEVA is the largest music entertainment venue in the Estonian city of Narva, with a 600-capacity nightclub and 700-seat concert hall under one roof.  The Geneva company, owned by Evgenii Fedorov, operates its own sound and lighting rental division, which works for the Geneva venues as well as outside events.

After many successful years using PS15 monitors, used by all artists performing in the concert hall or outdoors, Geneva Sound & Light asked NEXO distributor Baltic Great Music Distribution to supply a GEO S12 system.  Its first outing was at Narvabike, a traditional bikers’ music festival organized by the Magnum biker club.  Over the years, well-known rock acts like Uriah Heep, Slade and Suzi Quattro have played the gig – this year, it was headlined by Finnish band Turisas.

After the festival, the GEO S12 rig was relocated to its new permanent home in the Geneva concert hall, demonstrating its easy adaptability to all kinds of musical environments.
