MOSCOW’S NEW CONCERT VENUE USES GEO T TO WIN BIG TOUR NAMES

One of the main reasons for its appeal is the substantial in-house PA system, a 20-modules per side NEXO GEO T line array system, supplemented by centre cluster, PA infills and sidefills of NEXO GEO S12 cabinets.  NEXO RS15 midbass units are flown with a 16-cabinet bank of RS18 subs stacked under the stage to provide a staggering bass response.

20 years after it started life at the Glastonbury Festival in 1995, the Circus of Horrors became the first UK circus ever to appear in Moscow, performing for 5 nights at Stadium Live.  Featuring some of the most bizarre and sensational acts on the circus circuit, together with its own rock band Dr Haze and the Interceptors from Hell, the Circus of Horrors shows were mixed by British sound engineer Hugh Sadlier, who first ran away with this circus back in 1995!

“I’m a committed NEXO fan so it was a welcome surprise to see the stadium sound spec and such an impressive GEO T installation.  It sounds powerful and ‘rocky’ without any compromise in clarity; mixing on a Yamaha PM5D-RH at front-of-house, I found I had to do surprisingly little to achieve the visceral raw soundtrack that suits the Circus!”

In Russia, NEXO products are distributed by the SiM Group.
