NEXO SA ("NEXO", "we" or "us" or "our") respects the privacy of its users ("user" or "you"). This Privacy Policy explains what and how personal data is collected, used, and disclosed when you visit NEXO Dory (the "software", "app" or "application"). Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. 1. COLLECTED DATA

NEXO Dory does not collect or store personal data. If you installed this application from Google Play, then Google Play does collect some personal data. Please see the privacy policy for Google Play Services here: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

NEXO Dory collects usage data from the connected NEXO products and stores information about application's status in one or more log file(s) saved locally.

2. THIRD PARTIES

User data is not shared with any third party, such as analytics tools, advertising networks and third-party SDKs, or any parent, subsidiary or other related entities.

3. DATA RETENTION POLICIES

Log data is stored in Log file(s), a local text file in NEXO Dory's application data. Upon user action, those files as .log files saved to disk, can be sent to NEXO by email. In the latter case, log files are used by NEXO in the sole purposes of debugging, analyzing usage of NEXO devices, diagnose and dispense advices to the user. Le log files are kept by NEXO for a maximum of 6 months after receipt of the file.

4. UPDATE OF THE PRIVACY POLICY

We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. You will be aware of any changes by checking the "Last revision" date of this Privacy Policy. You are encouraged to periodically review this Privacy Policy to stay informed of updates. You will be deemed to have been made aware of, will be subject to, and will be deemed to have accepted the changes in any revised Privacy Policy by your continued use of the Application after the date such revised Privacy Policy is posted.
